This inspection includes a camera inspection of the main sewer line from the inside clean-out or outside clean-out to the city sewer connection (or to line obstructions), and does not include any other drains in the home. The inspection includes a length that is attainable with a 200’ camera cable. Places that are impassible, obscured by roots or debris or standing water may not be seen and cannot be commented on. No invasive measures (such as cleaning) will be performed.
Re-inspection of the line after cleaning. Some lines are found to have heavy root growth and require cleaning for a proper inspection.
Occasionally, an access point to the sewer line cannot be located. In these instances the toilet flange may be the only method of accessing the line.

Level II CHIMNEY INSPECTION (NFPA STANDARDS by CSIA Certified Inspector) – This inspection uses a camera to fully inspect the inside the flue liner of the chimney. If there’s anything that presents a concern – any voids, gaps or cracks in the lining – our technician will take pictures and review them with you. You will also receive a full video of the inside of the flue liner and smoke chamber. The accessible areas of the chimney exterior, including the chimney crown and flashing will be inspec
inspected and photographed. If height, pitch or snow cover limit physical access, a pole camera will be used to view the roof areas of the chimney. A Level II inspection should be performed if the home is being transferred or sold, if you suspect there’s been a chimney fire or if there has been some kind of structural change to the chimney itself (i.e. the chimney was struck by lightning).
This charge is in addition to the base charge for a single flue/fireplace.
